What: Independent Strategy/Management Game
Where: Freelance Work
When: In development
In may 2012 I joined Martin Dechant and a small group of students of the University of Regensburg for the purpose of developing an independent game project. The group had developed the first “Toddling Nuns” as a browser game in a previous semester, and it was agreed that we develop a more elaborate sequel using the unity engine.
Initially I had joined strictly as a game designer, penning a treatise on the game mechanics and the underlying statistics. However, due to a shortage of manpower I ended up getting involved in the art department as well, producing concepts for the buildings and some characters in the game, as well as helping with painting textures. The latter is especially interesting, since I ve not had eperience with texturing as of yet.
